Adding to our growing team, this full-time position will be responsible for data administration of member information from various plans administered through Convyta. This role provides knowledge and guidance to staff in understanding the back end of the system of the pension and

Responsibilities

will include:* * Process contribution reports from clients * Reconcile cheques from employers and create remittances * Review discrepancies and determine solutions * Reconcile funds in accounts for deposits to the appropriate accounts * Create and enter data into spreadsheets to determine eligibility consistent with Plan provisions * Calculate pension and health and welfare

based on Plan provisions * Monthly maintenance for benefit plans including changes/terminations * Reconcile premium deductions * Analyze data to ensure adherence to collective agreement provisions * Generate ideas and recommendations for system improvements * Assist with system configuration and projects related to the administration of client Plans * Document business procedures to recommend and constantly improve processes to meet Plan needs * Produce reports for Trustee Board meetings * Prepare Valuation Data for the plan actuary to file a report with regulatory authorities * Reconcile membership movement information and prepare reports for Trustees * Prepare and provide data as requested by Plan auditors for annual audits * Review and update data for annual pension statements *New Plan Development and Implementation* * Work with Team Leads to analyze data to be loaded into the system correctly. * Manipulate existing data to fit the administration systems * Test changes in the system to ensure operational integrity prior to administrators using the system. *What We Offer:* * Competitive Compensation Package - Bonus program that rewards performance and contributions to the company?s success * Opportunity to work with
