Responsibilities

* * Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts using the accounting software QuickBooks. * Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure consistency across all financial statements * Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately * Record journal entries, including debits &

credits, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) * Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting to verify financial integrity * Manage payroll processing and related tax compliance activities with precision * Prepare detailed financial reports, including budget analysis and account analysis, to support organizational decision-making *

Requirements

* * Proficiency in accounting the software QuickBooks. * Strong understanding of non profit accounting principles, governmental accounting, and non-profit accounting practices * Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation processes *

Experience

with bank reconciliation, account analysis, and account reconciliation techniques * Familiarity with GAAP standards and technical accounting concepts * Ability to handle accounts payable/receivable processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy * Excellent organizational

with 10 key typing proficiency for data entry tasks * Basic budgeting
