We're looking for a highly operational finance leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building financial discipline, and partnering with leadership to improve performance across a dynamic hospitality organization. If you believe you're the right person for this role but are looking for a different working arrangement, we'd still love to hear from you. *What You'll Be Doing* _Strategic Financial Leadership_ * Partner with Ownership and senior leadership to develop financial strategy and long-term planning * Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections * Provide visibility into financial performance, risks, and opportunities across the organization * Translate financial data into practical recommendations that improve business performance * Support growth initiatives, restructuring, capital planning, and strategic investments _Operational Finance_ * Analyze labour, food costs, margins, and unit economics across all restaurant concepts * Identify operational inefficiencies, profit leakage, overspending, and opportunities to improve performance * Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility and accountability * Partner closely with Operations to improve financial performance * Help operational leaders understand the financial impact of business decisions _Financial Controls &

Infrastructure_ * Strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy across all entities * Lead month-end and year-end financial processes * Oversee treasury management, banking relationships, and cash flow planning * Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and automation * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax
