Full-stack Developer (Business Systems Analyst)(12-18 months)Do you have a passion for creating amazing digital solutions?

If the answer is yes, we are looking for you! Become an important part of our agile team as a Full-stack Developer and help the City of Kelowna create the digital city of the future. As a Full-stack Developer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft.NET and Azure to modernize city systems and improve citizen services Integrate and enhance enterprise systems such as the City?s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Revenue and Asset Management Systems Transform digital processes with a focus on automation and reuse Stay up to date with current trends and technologies, keeping the City at the forefront of innovation Drive adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform, establishing standards and best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions across departments Work in an Agile team to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that align with the City?s strategic goals for operational efficiency and innovation

Qualifications

A four-year bachelor?s degree in Computer Science 5+ years?

Experience

with .NET and Azure Proven cloud expertise in Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Extensive

Experience

with the Power Platform Familiarity with microservices and modular architecture to support integrated solutions Strong understanding of IoT, RPA, and automation frameworks Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices for streamlined solution delivery.
