Key
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the local Data Centre operations team, including staffing, training, on-call coverage, succession planning, and performance management to ensure sustained operational excellence.
Partner with Facilities to ensure availability and reliability targets are met for all critical systems, including power, cooling, fire protection, and security.
Lead site-level incident response, recovery, and post-incident reviews, serving as the operational escalation point during major events.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities by reviewing and approving MOP, SOP, and EOP activities through established change-control processes.
Monitor capacity across power, cooling, and space;
plan expansions;
and coordinate customer moves, adds, changes, and commissioning of new loads.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, operations, and energy efficiency, including PUE, by leveraging DCIM, operational KPls, and best practices.
Support customer onboarding by contributing to design coordination and technical alignment, supporting quoting and scope definition, coordinating power, cooling, and connectivity readiness, and guiding clients through implementation milestones.
Serve as a customer-facing leader for site tours, readiness reviews, incident communications, and service improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with corporate policies, security

Support site-level financial discipline through cost optimization, maintenance prioritization, and efficiency initiatives.

in Data Centre operations.
Minimum of 5?10 years of
Experience
in Data Centre or mission-critical facilities environments, with demonstrated accountability for live site operations, availability, and reliability.
